saving photos different formats

Please fix the mouse issue
When saving a screenshot in MSPAINT, the default save format is PNG and when using the mouse to open the drop down box, simply using the keyboard arrows, to go to say JPEG and hitting enter does nothing. You have to use the mouse, and in doing so, it lags, and sometimes the mouse is invisible.
